The project is located in Grant and Mineral Counties, West Virginia. Consists of 23 turbines that generate 5.0 megawatts each for a total of 115 megawatts.
Work consisted of:
- Clearing and Grubbing
- Road construction (6 miles)
- Turbine site grading
- Turbine foundation excavation, grading and backfill
- Site rehabilitation
- Substation and Switchyard excavation, structural fill and grading
- Laydown yard excavation and structural fill
