Mineral Wells - WV Route 14

Project includes approximately 1.4 miles of new roadway. The new roadway consists of 4 – 12-foot travel lanes with a 6-foot useable shoulder on the inside and a 12-foot useable shoulder on the outside. The 4-lanes transitions to 3 lanes at the northern end with the center lane designed for turning.
